They should pay YOU for training them!

I have had more scary cab rides than I can count.

Esther

In Washington D.C. the city is broken into taxi zones. The cabs charge by how many zones they drive through. Some of them will take weird routes so as to hit as many zones as possible to up your fare. It's always a good idea to know where exactly your going and how to get there so you can tell them what road to take. Then they cannot drive through all the zones and trick you into paying lots of money. Anyways, it's kind of annoying having to know how to get there when you take a cab.

Esther,

I am pretty sure the DC system was designed so members of Congress (and their staff) could get anywhere in the city and not cross zones.
