As far back as I can remember, which is at least fifteen years, Mark Treitel has wanted to be a sitcom writer. For the last ten or so years, he's been out in LA, working toward this goal, experiencing many "almosts" along the way. All the jokes about Jews running Hollywood, and yet, Mark's dream seemed elusive. But now he's got another chance.
As you all know, Mark's script "Sperm Donor" is one of two sitcoms being featured by Bravo's Situation: Comedy. In the weeks that have passed, America's been as impressed by Mark (& co-author Shoe's) humor as we've been appalled by the diva-ish behavior of the other team. And now, America, it's time to show the love.
If Mark & Shoe win, they will be granted the title of "best sitcom" a $50,000 cash prize, and a Hollywood agent, but it will also help him in his lifelong dream of becoming a sitcom writer.

Mark thanks you, and I thank you!
Thanks for the shout out Esther and putting "Sperm Donor" on everyone's lips. I will give everyone who votes seven times a slightly used but good as new adverb.
