Greetings, 2010! Thanks very much for the first few days, which have been thankfully full of both social engagements and work opportunities.
LimmudLA is an annual conference of Jewish life, culture and learning, open to people from all religious denominations, political perspectives and stages of life. I'll be presenting twice at the conference this year - which takes place over President's Day Weekend in February - consider joining me!
My courses will be:
Jews' Line Is It Anyway? - A basic improv workshop that approaches improvising from within a Jewish framework. Lessons focus on outreach, community, faith, trust and generosity.
Writing Your Inner Megillah - A journey through writing from a textual perspective, and through text from a writing perspective. This is a hands-on / pens-on writing workshop based on themes, characters, narratives and ideas found in the Book of Esther.
You can see more about LimmudLA online here, or just click straight to registration.

I hope this isn't a typical improv crowd.
Ok guys, I need a Talmudic verse which references tzedakah.
"BOOBS!"
Ok, now I need a 12th century Jewish thinker.
"HOOKER!"

Maybe you should stop performing for teenagers, Benji. My past improv audiences have been much more highbrow, opting for "gynecologist" and "proctologist" instead.
