John Stevens, the redheaded Conan O-Brienesque American Idol crooner, has a new album coming out. He's also getting what I would describe as lukewarm reviews for his live cabaret act (NYTimes: ''has a pleasant, mild delivery and sings on pitch") but the AI juggernaut is unstoppable.
At least this doesn't mean another "From Justin to Kelly" movie or media blitz by William Hung.

I'm glad he's getting a career. He was my underdog favorite that year. I'm already tired of Carrie Underwood. And why don't we see more of Fantasia?

I probably shouldn't knock movies I've never seen, but that "From Justin to Kelly" movie looked dorky.
